Rinse and Repeat but add one count for every lap until Shine runs out of music or when Drisocket shuts the music off.

Really solid group of men who came out and pushed through the CAT5. Which can be a diffcult AMRAP, not only physically but mentally. Everyone has something that pushes them to become better. That is why we come to F3, not only to become more physically fit, but to become better friends, better Husbands,fathers,sons,brothers. The act of working out and pushing yourself is just a small glimpse of you against you and the realization that you can overcome an obstacle and you can better yourself everyday. T-Claps to CaddyShack and DriSocket Rucking the CAT5, and a huge thank you to PaperJam for letting us use his speaker, not quite sure how we didn’t get a noise ordnance violation.
