11/21/15 Brickpile Backblast

As the clock neared 7 am, 11 pax gathered and set off into the sunrise to begin their Saturday #brickpile beat-down.  With Mission in the mix, mumble chatter was at an all-time high which would be needed for today’s workout.

Conditions: 44 degrees and calm

Mosey behind school for COP

COP

Imperial Walker x 20 4ct

High Knees x 20 4ct

Freedom Twist x 20 4ct (only count right side)

Wide grip merkins x 10 4 ct

SSH x 40 4ct

Mosey to pile and grab a block

Cusack to wall by parking lot

Flutterkicks x 30 secs 4ct

Wall sits 1 minute

Flutterkicks x 30 secs with block overhead

Wall sits 1 minute with block out front

Jungleboi/Goblin squats x 25 4ct

One lap around school

Rinse and Repeat two more times for total of 3 rounds

Curls to outside the tennis courts

Block Merkins aka Blerkins x 10 OYO

Toe Taps on block x 40 OYO

Big Boy su x 20 OYO

Cross Overs with block x 20 OYO

Rinse and repeat two more times for a total of three rounds

Mosey onto the tennis courts and find a spot on the baseline

Suicides: to the midline and back, then to the far line and back; each line you get to you have 6 reps of a given workout (total of 24 reps each suicide)

1st: 6 squats

2nd: Big Boy sit ups

3rd: Merkins

4th: Lunges in place
