Things important that are in 3’s: 1-F3 – I’m proud of a lot of things, one of the things I am most proud of is being a part of this F3 group, 2-my 3 children, 3- Baseball coach = 3 outs or 3 strikes, 4- Today we’re going to focus on three things for the workout – legs, arms and core.  So let’s get started
Warm Up
