THE 3 LEGGED RACE

Weather…69…humidity not to bad

Warm up…Left and right to touch leg stretches….through the tunnel, side straddle hop, lbacs forward and backwards…

Grab 2 brick and head to the corner of fair and rectory..

This is the beginning of the first leg of the 1.5 mile oval….the run consisted of 3 legs…each leg had 3 stops…

All exercises with bricks

1st stop of each leg was 20 rocking chairs ic..30 squats with arms out…40 calf raises with arms up or bricks on shoulders.

2nd stop of each leg was 20 mercans….30 front raises….40 side raises…

3rd stop of each leg was 20 BBSUs….30 box cutters with arms up with bricks….40 crunches….

We completed the oval with 10 minutes to spare…took a water break then grabbed a block and circled up….

First set was 40 chest presses..30 curls..20 overhead presses…..then we ran in place for 1 min with a few up downs here n there….

Second set was 20 rocking chairs….30 squats with blocks…40 calf raises with blocks overhead with arms extended….then ran in place for 1 min with a few up downs…..

We ended todays workout with 30 Americans
