  • Partner 1 Farmers Carry with both blocks to End Line, 20 SSH, Farmers Carry back to start, Partner 2 does Burpees until Partner 1 gets back. Switch.  
  • Partner 1 Farmers Carry with both blocks to End Line, 20 SSH, Farmers Carry back to start, Partner 2 does Air Squats until Partner 1 gets back. Switch.
