“Snookie’s Revenge 2.0”

Disclaimer. Not a professional. Modify as necessary. I enjoyed Snookie’s workout last Saturday so much that I attempted to replicate it while adding a few twists to make sure the PAX didn’t mutiny at the redundancy.

WARM-A-RAMA: In the words of Abacus, “that’s about enough of a warm-up” i.e. warmup not necessary.

The Thang: Grab some bricks and head to Intersection of Fair/Chesnut.

1. First Exercise: One Burpee.

2. Run to Intersection of Fair/Union Street a/k/a Snookie’s Hill (which oddly enough was not incorporated in Snookie’s Original Revenge).

a. Exercise: 5 Rounds up and down the Hill; 10 BBS at the bottom; 10 Merkins at the top.

3. Mosey to Union Street/Sarsfield.

a. Exercise: 1 Burpee, 5 Overhead Presses.

4. Lunge walk to Union Street/Lakeview (This was in case our fearless leader, Lord Cornwallis didn’t show after his difficult scheduling for the week while he was on vacation—talk about a Mutiny! Alas, he was there and no need to awake him from his slumber).

a. Exercise: 1 Burpee, 5 Overhead Presses, 10 Merkins

5. Run Backwards half-way up Lakeview

a. Exercise: 1 Burpee, 5 Overhead Presses, 10 Merkins, 15 Heel to Heaven

6. Mosey to Corner of Chesnut/Lakeview

a. Exercise: 1 Burpee, 5 Overhead Presses, 10 Merkins, 15 Heel to Heaven; 20 American Hammers (L/R is one).

7. Mosey to Corner of Lakeview/Hampton Street

a. Exercise: 1 Burpee, 5 Overhead Presses, 10 Merkins, 15 Heel to Heaven, 20 American Hammers, and 25 Curls

8. Mosey to Park Circle/Hampton Street

a. Exercise: 1 Burpee, 5 Overhead Presses, 10 Merkins, 15 Heel to Heaven, 20 American Hammers, 25 Curls, 30 Squats

9. Quick Water Break.

10. Next Exercise:

a. Drop bricks and 2 Rounds up/down Park Hill. Down to light post with 20 Jumping Jacks. Run up halfway/bear crawl the rest for 20 squats.

11. Grab Bricks and 1 Burpee, 5 Overhead Presses, 10 Merkins.

12. Mosey back to Lakeview/Hampton Street

a. 1 Burpee, 5 Overhead Presses, 10 Merkins.

13. Mosey to Mill/Hampton Street

a. 1 Burpee, 5 Overhead Presses, 10 Merkins.

14. Mosey to Chesnut/Mill Street

a. 1 Burpee, 5 Overhead Presses, 10 Merkins.

15. Run backwards halfway up Chesnut Street, then up to Chesnut/Fair Street

a. 1 Burpee, 5 Overhead Presses

16. Stopped in front of Wojo’s House. 20 Monkey Humpers for Mrs. Wojo.

Running out of time, we then moseyed back to the flag for Counteramma and Prayer.

Prayer Requests: Schrute—June 14, 2020 is 2 year anniversary of losing his brother. He thanks the group for their continued prayers in lifting him up through this everyday struggle. Lord Cornwallis for the passing of his mother; his mother’s birthday is upcoming and still a difficult time. Also for Willard Polk’s family—former City of Camden Councilman Willard Polk recently passed away.

Proud of the fact that we had 14 strong for this Q—normally doesn’t happen on a Saturday morning. I cant believe it has been 6 months since I last led this fine group of men….will likely be 6 more months!
