Partner up. Partner 1 runs to the 2nd street light down Pine Street and backpedals back to the top of Pine Street while Partner 2 performs burpees. Switch each time a partner returns until you both complete a total of 100 burpees.

Moleskin I was a little foggy after a fun Halloween, so this workout was just what the doctor ordered. It lacked creativity and was fairly repetitive, but it certainly got the job done. Playing in Skipper’s golf tournament this afternoon was fun, but that golf club was awfully heavy on the back nine. As always, it was an honor to lead this fine group of men and I look forward to the next opportunity.
