Warm up with SSH (IC) x 25, woodchoppers (IC) x 25, Imperial Walkers (IC) x 20 arm circles (15 each direction), side leg stretches and cross leg stretches
Indian Run from park to intersection of Hampton/Jordan. 25 Merkins, 25 copperhead squats, 25 Freddie Mercury, American Hammer- 20
Indian run/mosey up Broad Street. Stop at low brick wall and do 20 arm dips and 20 decline merkins.
Mosey to Camden Elementary playground. Groups of 4. Cycle of decline merkins (20), step ups (20), SSH (40), chin ups (10). Rinse and repeat.
Mosey to lot at Grace Church. Plank sequence, merkins (20), LBC (40), American Hammer (20)- I think….
Indian Run to Fair/Laurens. Copperhead Squat IC (20), 25 Merkins
Individual Mosey to Rectory Park. Circle for Flutter kicks (25), American Hamer (20), merkins (10 each of regular, wide, regular) to finish the workout.
