THE THANG
-Pax convens at the corner of Fair and Rectory Square. (Q gives the order to run to each corner of the park alternating between 10 mercans and 5 burpees at each stop (two laps). Rinse and repeat the same course alternating between 20 Mtn. climbers and 20 plank jacks. PAX to alternate between plank position and 6 inches waiting for the final man to finish.
-Pax now partners up for a little brick work. The following exercises to be completed cumulatively.
Overhead Press X 120 – partner does flutter kicks
Curls X 200 – partner does LBC’s
Side arm raises X 120 – partner does Seal Claps
Tricep Extensions X 120 – partner does Pfiffer Scissors
-Q has about 3 minutes to kill and does a medley of our favorite exercises to strengthen our kegs as Lizard Man would say.
-Pax to mosey to Shovel Flag for Count O Rama, COT, BOM, Prayer
