Blocks – 30 overhead presses on knees
Blocks – 40 curls on knees
Blocks – 50 bench presses
Bear crawl with blocks/bricks10 yards after each exercise
Bricks – 10 burpees
Bricks – 20 jump lunges
Bricks – 30 sit ups/crunches
Bricks – 40 squat presses
Bricks – 50 calf raises on blocks
Bear crawl to each station
Lunge walk back
At end – farmer walk to end and back with blocks while partner does knee to elbows and nose from plank Alternate legs
Run around block, forward 20 steps, backward 20 steps
