-Tired of dodging the garbage truck that visits our AO every Thursday YHC dug up a workout from the vault that plants the Pax firmly inside the park for the duration. “Tobata Stopwatch Pro” was loaded into the phone the night before with a limited and random playlist from my memory card. Howard Jones and Selena Gomez created some mumblechatter but the rest of the tunes were adequate. The app was a big help as it would have been tough to lead with the ole wrist watch. Everyone worked hard on these one minute intervals. It’s only a minute but a very long time to continue pounding out merkins and the like. It was an honor to lead this group once again!
