HILL OF HELL

Since it has been six months since the kick off of F3 Camden, Neon felt the need for an old school workout thanks to Polo.   Many of the PAX had not started back in February when this was first done but probably won’t forget it now as the Greene Street hill came back to life.  Mumble chatter mentioned the hill is great when it snows but not so good for running up and down doing burpees and monkey humpers.Warm UP25X SSH – OYO
