Moleskin	A week or two ago Harper Valley posted a link on GroupMe about the 100 burpee challenge. Naturally, I was intrigued. After much contemplation, I realized 100 consecutive burpees would be difficult and the PAX would hurt me. I still wanted to hit the 100 burpee mark with some running, squats and core sprinkled in. Although it was repetitive, we got some great work in today. As always, it was an honor and privilege to lead such a fine group of men and I look forward to the next opportunity.
