Conditions: Nice and cool
11 pax showed up in the gloom for a 420 workout that should have been Q’d by Weed. Instead, we knocked out a couple of quick miles, lots of abs and a few yards of bear crawling to keep up the facade of an actual f3 workout. Since Mayhem was the last Q, I figured the pax needed a break from upper body muscle destruction. We all needed one last training run for the Clinic Classic as well.
