Had a lot of fun out there today on my first shot as QIC, and I appreciate the big crowd (21 Pax) that showed up to do the harder thing, despite the colder temps.

I admittedly, probably tried to squeeze a bit too much into this workout, but TBH, there are so many things one could think up for this format, it was a little harder than normal/expected to come up with my Wienke (I think too many options is good problem to have though). Looking forward to seeing all the creativity that is born out here.

Mosey to Lexington Baptist Church parking lot and circle up:

Side Straddle Hop X 20IC

Walk over to the street on severe incline right next to the parking lot (Oswald’s St.)

AB Ladder:

Backpedal Sprint up hill 40 yds to light pole

Decline Burpees X 5 OYO

Return to bottom of hill and do in and outs X 15IC

Mosey to underground parking garage at courthouse:

Do a Bear Crawl Merkin walk (on an incline) for ≈40 yds, while performing 2 Merkins at each parking space line .

 Mosey to Virginia Hilton Park to the playground.  

Perform 15 pull-ups on the monkey bars OYO

Perform 15 dips IC on balance beam/retaining wall.

 Mosey to Ice house Amphitheater.

Starting at the bottom of stadium, perform 1 double jumping-lunge burpee, then box jump to the next level/seat.

Rinse and Repeat all the way to the top (12 total)

 Mosey down the hill at the very bottom of the courthouse, taking the long way back to the flag.

On our way back (again on an incline the whole way) we stopped at 4 random stops for some more ladder work.
