9 Pax of Turning Point plus YHC took the Red Pill in this morning’s gloom and avoided the dreaded fart sack in time to take a turn on RC’s Traveling Constant Motion Circus workout. This workout consists of 4 stations with 4 exercises x 30 reps. After each set, there is a 100 yard run then begin the next exercise. The recovery position is always a high plank while waiting for the 6. YHC always calls 10 Burpees to round out each station because that’s only right.
YHC was humbled by the hospitality of the Pax and will see them again soon.

Exercises included at the stations were: Hand release , diamond and regular merkins, LBC’s, The windmill, alternating lunges, Star Jumps, Jump Squats, Hello Dollies (various sizes- ask the pax for explantion), ect..
30 of anything is not an easy thing, as the pax soon discovered, but work was done and we all got better.
