Mosey to the middle of the front stretch of the track. The workout went like this:
Station in the middle of the front and back stretch: exercise=merkin
Station in the middle of each corner: exercise=BBSU
Lap 1: 10 reps of the exercise at each station; Lap 2: 9 reps of the exercise at each station; Lap 3: 8 reps of the exercise at each station…
The pax were told to complete all 10 laps (never the plan). After completing between laps 4-6, the pax were rallied together.
