YHC took advantage of an open Q spot at The Hollow and hoped to see a large crowd. He got that wish and it seemed like the cars just kept entering the parking lot this morning. These guys bring the mumble chatter and it’s always a fun group to Q. Work was done and YHC looks forward to next time.

Mosey to corner on opposite side of school
- Merkins x 20
- Squats x 30
Mosey to access road on east corner behind the track
- Merkins x 20
- Squats x 30
- BBSU x 50
Mosey to hill behind school for 11’s
- Merkins x 10
- Bear crawl to top
- Squats x 1
- Mosey back down hill
- Rinse and repeat. Decrease Merkins until you hit 1 and increase Squats until you reach 10
Mosey to front west side corner of small football field across from where Hollow meets:
- BBSU x 50
Mosey to breezeway with brick columns:
- Partner up and each pair lunges the breezeway, stopping at every other column for 25 LBC (changed to 10 halfway because of time)
Mosey to flag for Mary:
- 6 inches x 1 minute 30 seconds
