Pothole’s Deep Freeze Suicide Workout Visits Foxhole

In January, Pothole Q’ed at Depot.  It was 14 degrees outside.  Only 5-6 pax braved the elements, as well as the knowledge that Pothole was on Q, and post up.  Pothole did not disappoint.  As per usual, the workout led by him was challenging.  That Q was memorable because of both the challenge and the temps.  Wanting to make sure Foxhole got a taste, YHC brought the workout to them this morning.  The silver lining was that it was in the low 40s (and not freezing) this morning.

Overhead Arm Claps (50x, IC)

Little Arm Circles (20x, IC – Forward; 20x, IC – Reverse)

The Thang

Mosey to the block pile; grab a block.

Curls for the Girls (25x, IC)

Bentover Rows (25x, IC)

Overheads (25x, IC)

Benchpresses (25x, IC)

Rinse and repeat.

Put blocks down; on to the main event.

On the lacrosse field, starting at one corner, proceed with doing specific exercises, escalating by 10 as you reach the next corner.  Corner 1 is 10; corner 2 is 20; corner 3; corner 4 is 40.  Running from corner to corner via suicides.  Once done with corner 1, proceed to corner 2.  Once done with corner 2, run back to corner 1 and then to corner 3.  And so on.
