- 5 Block Burpees; 10 Upper Curls;
- run 1 lap or Cusack to lantern and back
- 5 Block Burpees; 10 Upper Curls; 15 Curls;
- run 1 lap or Cusack to lantern and back
- 5 Block Burpees; 10 Upper Curls; 15 Curls; 20 Kettle Bell Swings
- run 1 lap or Cusack to lantern and back
- 5 Block Burpees; 10 Upper Curls; 15 Curls; 20 Kettle Bell Swings
- run 1 lap or Cusack to lantern and back
- 5 Block Burpees; 10 Upper Curls; 15 Curls; 20 Kettle Bell Swings; 25 Squats with Block
- run 1 lap or Cusack to lantern and back
- Then work your way back down the exercises.
