Weather Conditions: 39 degrees and clearish
10 pax came to support Lego for his Birthday Q but his father passed away yesterday, and it turned into a therapy session. The support and prayers for this awesome dude and his family were evident and felt. After many texts to ensure Lego and his family were okay and numerous attempts for others to step up to Q while Lego mourned the loss of his father, Lego refused and wanted to be with his brothers surrounded by support and love. He felt our prayers and support and appreciated every one of them. This group is truly more than a workout, it is a brotherhood that was evident this AM.
Disclaimer and Prayer
Mosey to soccer fields and stop at the first light pole. Three burpees! Repeat until halfway around and then do one per light pole until you reach the blocks. Now the real fun starts!!
Pick a side, heavy blocks on right, light blocks on left.
Start with 20 murkens, if you chose the heavy side then lift above your head and trek across the soccer field to the other side. If you chose the lighter side, then two blocks were waiting for a haul across the field. Once you reach the other side then 20 block squats. Continue process, reducing the number by one each rotation.
Q directed the repositioning of blocks and the pax then returned to three burpees per light pole all the way to the flag.
