High Rep Campus Tour – Late like Cesspool!

Conditions- 45 and cool. 9 PAX were in for a little high intensity campus tour with various reps of circuit work.

Thang-

Jog a parking lot lap to start,  then on to 25 SSH, 20 Squats, 15 Merkins, 10 Big Boys, and 5 Burpees.

After the total body warm up,  The PAX endured pyramid sprints.  12 Merkins/12 Big Boys, sprint appx 75 yards.  !0 Merkins/10 Big Boys, sprint back….repeat all the way to 2.

Third leg of the workout was a Burpee/LBC tour of Crayton Middle.  We began with 5 Burpees/10 LBC’s at stop one in front of the school.  Stop two on the corner brought forth 6 Burpees/20 LBC’s.  Stop three in the back corner was 7 Burpees/30 LBC’s…and three more stops were made closing out at 10 Burpees/60 LBC’s.

The final portion for the PAX brought forth a total body burn out with blocks.  We did squat/curl presses for 25 reps, then jogged a 25 yard shuttle down and back.  This was repeated for 8 minutes straight AMRAP.  We followed that up with 2 minutes of ab work.  We then went back to our AMRAP 8 minute cycle but this time doing kettle bell swings with the block.

This completed the morning with the jog back to COT and one last minute of ab work.  Bodies were tired, work was done, fellowship was had!
