Rep 2: Partner 1 begins with 250 over head press between the two partners while partner 2 sprints to the 45 yard line… then they get to bearcrawl back to their partner. Switch it up til 250 OHP are done. Then plank it up
Rep 3: Partner 1 begins with 200 Incline merkins between the two partners while partner 2 sprints to the 45 yard line… then they get to do some crab walk back to their partner. Switch it up til 200 declines are done. Then plank it up
Rep 4: Partner 1 begins with 400 flutter kicks between the two partners while partner 2 sprints to the 45 yard line… then they get to bearcrawl back to their partner. Switch it up til 500 flutter kicks are done. Then plank it up
