Grab a block from the pile.
Starting at the goal line on the practice field, using the block, squat and push/throw your block as far as possible. Move to block and rinse and repeat until all PAX get to the opposite goal line.
Mosey to stadium.
Starting on the goal line, carry your block to the 5 yard line and complete 5 burpees. Return to goal line. Carry block to 10 yard line and complete 10 Squat Thrusts. Return to goal line. Carry block to 15 yard line and complete 15 KB Swings. Return to goal line. Carry block to 20 yard line and complete 20 Merkins. Return to goal line. Rinse and Repeat until time is called.
