Easy Friday Pace

Weather: very pleasant running temps, if only it always felt this good.  One man wanted to keep an easy pace, so he would have fresh legs for a long trail run over the weekend.  This sounded like a great idea to the rest of us.  So we set out with the goal of actually enjoying the run instead of pushing as hard as we could.  FELT GREAT.

COT

YHC did not realize it at time he planned the route, but this was first time the three of us ran “that intersection” since Cheeche.  This brought back memories which we talked about.  Some good, some bad, all meaningful.  Cheeche your impact in Lexington lives on.
