The Thang

11’s  Mule Kicks and Burpees. Start with burpee x 1, run to the building and mule kicks x 10. Next burpee x 2 run to the building and mule kicks x 9. Continue until each PAX reaches 10 x burpee and 1 x mule kicks.

That was fun . . . . mosey to Dunphy Dome™ and grab a spot on the tables.
