All survived the “Block Mile”

YHC was excited to start the new year off right with the Arena men! YHC attended Cornerstone and had great discussion with Quest, Fast Casual, and Cowbell about the Q Source topic “Shield Lock”, this devo group has been really important to my 3rd F and adds to strengthen the Shield Lock at Arena. The workout plan looked great on the weinke but ultimately was a sadistic move and my body aches today, I knew that YHC had succeeded with a tough workout when I heard Cyclops was going to be sore. YHC really enjoys just sitting back a listening, especially during COT and we are doing announcements and listening to Pot Luck and Quest talk about Garbage Pail Collect Cards from the 80’s (no topic to be left out with this group – especially with Notebook and Floppy).
