YHC was excited to get back to live BC and see the men of Arena. I was concerned that no one would show up because of getting out of the habit of our schedules before COVID-19, however I am always pleasantly surprise of the will power of the F3 men that posted today. Arena is a big piece of my normalcy and it was really nice to get back to work together and overcoming the Sad Clown, looking forward to getting this AO cranked up and humming again!

Devotional:
Whetstone – in order to for a knife to get sharp it needs proximity to the whetstone. The COVID-19 pandemic has had effect on F3 proximity and has made me appreciate the sharpness I gain as well as deliver through taking the Daily Red Pill (DRP). The guardrails I witness in the F3 community allow me to keep my guardrails in line with the best I can be as a Christian, Husband, Father, and Friend.
