SSH x 22
LAC x 22 (11 forward 11 reverse)
2 tours, one mosey without block and one with
1st Tour- mosey for two minutes then stop to do 22 of said exercise, rinse and repeat till return to pull-up bars
1. 22 Merkins
2. 22 squats
3. 22 lunges
4. 22 monkey humpers
6. 22 Burpees
Return to pull-up bars, do 2 pull-ups, 2 chin-ups, 2 knee-ups 2 leg-ups then grab a block
2nd tour with block- same as first but Qsack block for 1 minute then farmers carry for 1 minute then 22 of said exercise.
1. 22 curls
2. 22 overhead presses
3. 22 bench presses
4. 22 bent over rows
5. 22 Squat with blocks
Return to pull-up bars, do 2 pull-ups, 2 chin-ups, 2 knee-ups 2 leg-ups. Mosey back to shovel flag where 2 exact miles were clocked.
