1000 BRR Recovery Reps at SnakePit

I’ve been on the Q sheet for SnakePit several times lately and had to cancel for a variety of reasons. Coming off the BRR, my heart (and legs) had no intentions of Qing anywhere but the calendar said otherwise. Off to SnakePit for an easy but challenging workout.  Here’s what we did:

Great work by the PAX this morning, lots of them coming off the BRR. Keep getting after that active recovery!
