I’ve been on the Q sheet for SnakePit several times lately and had to cancel for a variety of reasons. Coming off the BRR, my heart (and legs) had no intentions of Qing anywhere but the calendar said otherwise. Off to SnakePit for an easy but challenging workout. Here’s what we did:

Encourage all PAX to get out of their comfort zone and do CSAUP events, Q new places, meet new PAX, etc. It’s a great way to grow the brotherhood of F3 and just another way to get better.
