So for once I wasn’t extremely prepared for what the plan was for the pax the following morning. Lucky for me, Hoboken made a great suggestion on our Twitter DM board. I liked the idea but chose to finish with it.

The theme for the morning was the NEED FOR SPEED and core. So the pax were to mosey down the stairs and grab the Blocks. We wouldn’t use them now. That’ll be our dessert for later.
We don’t work on speed that often, so I had us do 4-Corners and sprinting or running backwards as fast as we could for 3 rounds.
