The Hollow welcomed 19 PAX this morning which surely was a surprise since last night was the National Championship. 19 defied the fartsack and posted for some scheduled maintenance. QIC didn’t think a lot of PAX would post this morning, so I had to modify the Weinke on the fly. Kudos to the 5 stride liters, 1 Rucker, and 2 mall walkers.

MOSEY IN FRONT OF BLOCK PILE
Circle up and get in to Carolina Dry Dock position. Everyone performs dry docks and starting with 1 PAX they run to block pile and performs 20 Block curls. When PAX returns, the next PAX goes until all PAX have performed exercise at block pile. After two PAX would travel to block pile and back, YHC would change exercise.
During Block Curls the circle would perform Carolina Dry docks, Big Boy sit ups, Burt Reynolds, Flutter Kicks, Plank Jacks, Mountain Climbers, hydraulics
Next cycle would be Front and Lateral raises with bricks. Circle performed Squat jumps, Alternating Lunges, Merkins, slide into the DMs – Diamond Merkins (New AOQ already coining new terms), had to RECOVER here in order to do next exercise.
MOSEY BEHIND SCHOOL
The numbers we counted off during COP would come to play here. break off in to your designated number group and grab a tire.
1 PAX would perform tire flips to the opposite side of parking lot. Other PAX would perform exercise. 1) curb jumps, 2)incline merkin, 3)decline merkin, 4)tricep dips, 5)step taps
RETURN TIRES
Line Up and Indian Run to SF. Rear PAX back pedals to front of line.
