There’s always a good turnout of hard-working PAX at The Hollow, and this was no exception. After my presence at The Hollow was announced via another cheesehead-related GIF, I decided to put out a challenge that I would do 10 burpees for every PAX who posted (and worked out) in a cheesehead. I packed my own yellow, wedge-shaped hat and looked forward to completing this workout with it covering my head. It was… GLORIOUS and may need to be my new choice for headwear during workouts.
Knowing that there would likely not be anybody who even owned a cheesehead, Stalker took it upon himself to use his obviously large amount of free time to create 10 paper cheeseheads in hope that this would force me to do 100 burpees. While it was a nice attempt, it didn’t quite work. There were plenty of burpees completed during the workout, though, so that’s something I guess.
What follows is a breakdown of the tabata-tunes workout that the PAX completed on this cool and thankfully not rainy morning.

I shared a devo based on Matthew 25. In this passage Jesus tells those who are listening that as they did to the who were hungry, naked, thirsty, a stranger, naked, sick and in prison they did to him. The way we can ensure that we’re not missing opportunities to “see” Jesus all around us is be living “integrated” lives. This means that Jesus is not on the top of our “list” of priorities. Rather, He is a part of every single item on it. In fact, He IS the list. When we make Jesus a part of every aspect of our lives, we are much more likely to “see” Him and thereby not miss out on opportunities to truly serve Him.
As always, it’s an honor to stand among and lead these men. I look forward to seeing them all in the gloom soon.
