Cryptonite was pleased to be one of the 2 options for pre-Stomp the Swamp convergence. YHC warned to post elsewhere if a STS PR was your goal this AM. 27 studs posted.
Not that our other AOs aren’t intense but Cryptonite, by design, is a no-holds-barred bootcamp that allows QICs the freedom to lead at a higher intensity than they can at a standard F3 bootcamp.
YHC decided to do a little preview run with some hair on it. It was non-stop. It was nasty.

Grab a curb: Merkins x 10 OMC (face to ketchup packet, preferable)
Run into stadium and to the goal line
20 burpees
Bear crawl to other end zone
20 burpees
Run out of stadium toward Cemetery Hill
Run up Cemetery Hill to race turnaround
20 burpees
Run to Mile 1 marker
10 burpees (modified from 20 to 10 in the interest of time…that’s what I’m going with)
Continue on course through spooky trail
Stop at top of Field of Dreams
10 burpees
Plank Walk the length of FoD
10 burpees
Continue on race course, stop at Mile 2 marker
10 burpees
Run around until YHC Garmin says 3 miles
Back to the flag
