YHC brought a stack of card and the below lists of exercises. Draw a card and complete 30 (courtesy of of YHC upcoming age) reps OYO. Every 5 exercises everyone takes a lap around the track.
- Ace = Big Boy Sit Ups
- Two = Overhead Tricep Extensions
- Three = Merkins
- Four = Air Squats
- Five = Rows
- Six = Ray Charles
- Seven = Stairs
- Eight = Little Baby Crunches
- Nine = Bear Crawl (up and down the principal)
- Ten = Lunges
- Jack = Curls For The Girls
- Queen = Block Press
- King = Burpees
PAX drew and completed the below cards (in random order, not as listed below).

Note burpees and bear crawls were purposely skipped this workout (a present to YHC). Mosey back to the brick pile to return the bricks followed by a mosey to the flag.

Stinkbait – Just a reminder to make sure and keep time for your family. Recently YHC has found himself bringing work home. While it is a blessing to have a lot of work, it also has been keeping me away from the M and 2.0. YHC has found himself making sure to purposely put work aside to spend time with his family. After all, they are the reason for working so hard.
