THE THANG:
Bear Crawl the bridge just to set the proper tone.
Walking Lunges to the smaller bridge stopping at every light pole for 5 burpees.
Bear Crawl the smaller bridge and line up single file on other side facing the stairs. One at a time crawl bear up the steps, while rest of the pax alternate between 10 T-plank merkins and 10 squats.
When everyone gets to the top mosey to picnic shelter.
10 decline merkins/ 10 incline merkins/ 10 Doo-Dahs
line up along wall. step up onto bench, table, opposite bench, and ground one burpee in the middle and step up to bench, table, opposite bench and touch the fence. come back stopping for one burpee in the middle. Repeat 5 trips.
Ken Doll requested we increase the burpees by one each trip. This was a real crowd pleaser.
