SEPT Q #4 ALONG WITH SOME 9/11 & 9/12 REFLECTION

Knowing the PAX were pretty worn out, including YHC, Taper Thursday was implemented on this day.  Don’t get me wrong, work was done.  Sweat was produced.  And hopefully some soreness was worked out of the body.

We prayed for young Brooke (a S&B buddy).

Dunphy reminded us of the 9/11 event on 9/21 at Smokehouse.  S&B reminded us of his lightning fast 10k event 9/21 across the dam and down Old Bush River Rd.
