Warm up: 

Mosey around the parking lot stopping at three00random points to do 10 x SSH OYO. Work our way to the upper parking lot 10 more SSH OYO. Followed by 10 x TTT IC, 10 x IW IC, and 10 x Hillbillies IC.

The Thang

Partner up for a revamped version of 4 corners. Start at “corner 1” of the track. Partner 1 run to corner 2 and back. Partner 2 SSH and switch when Partner 1 returns – 300 as a team.

Round 2: Partner 1 (or 2 depending on who ran last) runs to corner 2 and corner 3 and back. Partner 2 (or 1) Curls for the Gurls, switch when Partner returns – 300 as a team.

Round 3: Partner 1 (or 2 depending on who ran last)  runs to corner 2, 3, and 4 and back. Partner 2 (or 1) Chest Press, switch when Partner returns – 300 as a team.

Round 4: Partner 1 (or 2 depending on who ran last)  runs to corner 2, 3, 4 and 1 and back. Partner 2 (or 1) BBSU, switch when Partner returns – 300 as a team. MODIFY: Once runner has run all corners and back, next run is one time around track and switch.

Gladly take blocks back and mosey to Shovel Flag.
