YHC is 49 today. Man that’s old! In celebration, YHC threw down a number for the PAX and 49 was the obvious pick. Honesty, there was a bit of doubt we could complete what YHC had planned. Deep down though, he knew somehow we’d crush it TOGETHER. Here’s how things transpired.

In effort to complete the workout in the alloted 45, YHC opted to forego the COP and get straight down to business.

Note from the QIC: YHC’s first F3 workout ever was led by PYT. At that time, PYT was notorious for leading workouts that involved 100 yard sprints. That day we completed 31 x 100’s along with some other exercises between sprints. After that beatdown, YHC was hooked. Since today was his 49th, YHC laid down the number 49 with the PAX and there was no turning back! After about 8-9 rounds, doubt started to creep back in. But, as we progressed you could feel the energy from the PAX to get to that magic number. At the halfway point there was zero doubt! When we hit 49, the PAX requested we add 1 for good measure! I’ll never doubt these dudes again! Strong work, men!
