PART V OF THE MONTH OF BULLDOG…..

The PAX have to be getting tired of YHC….so, YHC has to keep bringing something different to keep the Graveyard boys entertained.  Tough crowd, a lot of RESPECT out here.  So, YHC decided to take the PAX to little Reaper Hill by the tennis court for some core work, upper body work, and some cardio to keep them moving.  Here’s what we did:

Conditions:  finally turning nice as we approach the Fall season.  72 degrees

Warm-up:

Mosey over to the top of Little Reaper Hill (seems like a good name for it)

SSHs x 10 IC, Squats x 10IC, Frankensteins x 10 IC, TTT x 10 IC, Merkins x 10 IC

The PAX were split into two groups

They were responsible for three sets of the following:

Group 1 runs to the bottom of the hill and grabs a block.  Block Merkins x 7, then runs to the top for BBSUs x 21.  Group 2 completes BBSUs x 21 and then runs to the bottom of the hill for Block Merkins x 7.

Group 1 runs to the bottom of the hill for Shoulder Presses with the Block x 7.  Then runs to the top of the hill for Iron Crosses x 21.  Group 2 started with Iron Crosses x 21 and ran to the bottom of the hill for Shoulder Presses w/blocks x 7.

Group 1 runs to the bottom of the hill for ManMakers x 7 with the block, then runs to the top of the hill for Alternating toe touches x 21.  Group 2 completes Toe Touches first and then runs to the bottom of the hill for Man-Makers.

Group 1 runs to the bottom of the hill for Chest Press with blocks x 7, then runs to the top of the hill for American Hammers x 21.  Group 2 completes American Hammers first and then runs to the bottom of the hill for Chest Press.

Joe Pa said we got in 2 miles of running.  Solid work this morning, gentlemen.

We paid tribute to two music legends who passed over the weekend….Eddie Money and Ric Ocasek of The Cars.  Big hit with the PAX.  Spackle approved.
