With 60 degree weather on a Friday, and at the best Friday bootcamp in all of F3 Lexington, there shouldn’t be a surprise that 34 men came together to get their weekend started of right. YHC had a great workout planned, however in normal Scotch fashion the delivery could improve a little. #TWSS

Mosey to the bottom of the hill. Starting at the bottom of the hill, run suicides up the hill all the way to the stop sign at Main Street. At each lit up light pole, do 10 merkins. Plank at the bottom until the 6 arrives. Its a #Reaper-like Hill.
Mosey towards the top of the parking garage. On the way, stop at the stairs. 10 calf raises at each step until you get to the top. This was a bit of a cluster due to the numbers but YHC doesnt like to stray far from the #weinke.
At the top of the parking garage. 4 corners. At each corner you complete 20 reps of the named exercise.
