Warm up job around the park with stops for warm up exercises.
Sprinkled in we started our Merkin ladder from 10 reps.
Then it was off to get blocks for some work in the parking lot. Carry blocks/sprints for 10 minutes, with merkins sprinkled in during rest periods.
After putting blocks up, long springs were done on the road with a few additional rounds of merkins. Just under 200 merkins for the workout.
