15 men defied the fartsack this morning and posted at Graveyard for a leg day with YHC. One thing to always remember at Graveyard is that you better come prepared for Mumblechatter, you better have a plan, and you better follow the standard for leading an F3 workout. If you dont, be prepared to hear about it. This AO is the standard and these men do an excellent job keeping the standard where it needs to be. I believe all AOs take on the mindset of their leader, and we can all agree that Graveyard has a good one with Bulldog at the helm.

Devotional: Join the team
Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much. – Helen Keller
None of us is as smart as all of us. –Ken Blanchard Author of One Minute Manager
“The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team.” –Phil Jackson
What I love about F3 is that we are all in this together. We workout in the cold and rain because we don’t want to leave our brothers alone. We do events because we want to accomplish a goal and through the teamwork that F3 brings, we are successful. We build each other up, stewards of the community, pray for those that need prayer, and we do random acts of kindness for our brothers and their families when they need it.
I’ve played on many teams in my life. If my teams were made up of F3 pax, I believe we would have won many games and even championships. What we have here is Special. With that being said, we owe it to other men to share what we have here. We owe it to them because they have a place on this team.
It’s the same with our walk with Jesus. It’s special. We owe it to other men to share what we have. We owe it to them because they have a place on this team. For those that don’t know Jesus, we can show them the way through our actions in the gloom and out of the gloom.
Final thoughts: I am very appreciative to have been able to lead these men this morning. I dont make it over to RB workouts much, but I always feel welcome and part of the team. I highly encourage all Pax to move around to different AOs more often. Thank you men of Graveyard.
