It’s always good to be at the Crypt. Those dudes are hard-working, mumble-chattering beasts who always force me to bring it. Because I had just led a similar workout at Turning Point, I was confident it would be challenging enough. I decided to bring my buddy JIMBO for a visit (an acronym for the series of exercises we did – the “O” standing for “over and over”). In the end, we all pushed through and made it to the end, stronger than when we arrived and ready to take on another day.
