Jailbreak had its official launch a few weeks ago. We meet at the picnic shelters located at the Gibson Road Soccer Complex. 5:15 start time. Cheers is the AOQ. One of the cool things about Jailbreak is the opportunity to watch pickleball. That’s right, pickleball. No ticket required, just the ability to run in a straight line while running past the courts.
Cheers and pickleball? I expect Jailbreak to be the premier AO in a short period of time.
Here is the Jailbreak routine:
Disclaimer, no FNG’s, open in prayer.
No warm-up – stretch on your own before go-time.
5 pull-ups, 10 reps of 2 exercises (your choice).
Run to the detention center or intersection of Gibson and Hendrix – 10 reps of an exercise (your choice). Return to picnic shelters and rinse and repeat for the next 45 minutes.
It’s not complicated but you will get in 3 miles of running plus 55 pull-ups and a total of 330 reps of whatever exercises you are doing. Merkins, dips, squats, and lbc’s are popular. You will also see the sights and hear the sounds of pickleball.
F3 Dad’s camp, Spartan race (7/30), Shawshank pool party (7/23), 9/11 challenge, something else which will be posted later.
Pax with cancer
Close in prayer.
Devo: He is the vine, we are the branches. Everything we need comes from Him. Stay close.
