5 Pax arrived to the fields of White Knoll with Iron in their hearts, ready to take on the Iron Pax challenge. YHC thought it would be a good idea to prepare the Pax for the challenge by revisiting the workouts from last years’ challenge. We did not choose to individualize the workout, but rather keep together at a group pace. In any case, the Pax pushed hard and everyone was smoked by the end.

400M (1 lap) around the track
Rinse and repeat 4 times.
The pax were pretty smoked as time ran out, and while we humped it, we only completed 3 of the 4 laps.
