Hills and Burgers

What’s that? A Wander backblast? Written by someone other than Banjo? Miracles do happen…

4 PAX came together on a surprisingly cool Monday morning to get a little bit better than we were on Sunday. We checked the clock, saw it was 5:00 (which means we had at least another minute until Banjo rolled in hot), prayed it up, and took off.  Made it up to Main St., saw headlights coming down the road, which meant Banjo was a minute later than normal.  Looped around to pick him up for a total of 5 PAX, then went on a journey up and down the rolling hills of Lexington.  Lots of chatter this morning on a wide variety of topics, from the telling war stories from this weekend’s Lexington Brew Ruck (3 of the 5 participated) to DriSoket sharing his strategy of always ordering a burger at a Mexican restaurant.  Apparently this stems from the fact (theory? hope?) that they don’t keep frozen patties on hand, so each burger is made fresh…and they have queso.  Seems legit.
