The Thang
We love the stairs at the Pit, but what about hills!? The Reaper does a fine job up the hill and we have a miniature one ourselves, so your YHC decided to have the PAX honor the Reaper. It does require a small field trip almost off campus, but I do love a trip to lands far far away.

Start at the top of the hill and perform squats sprint to the middle and do LBCs then to the bottom and perform Merkins. On the assent, Carolina Dry Docks, Iron Crosses in the middle, and Push presses at the top. Forgot to mention that the squats and push presses were being perfomed with 2 50 lbs jugs of water and a Bulgarian Sand Bag that is about 50 lbs as well. Repeat increasing by 1 rep every time. We shall start with 10 reps of each.
90’s Alternative Rock was played during exercises.
Excitement was immense from YHC when a Merlot occurred. If one can believe, this is the first time it has occurred on YHC’s Q, and I have been doing this nearly 2 years now.
After so many rounds, we moved back to the Shovel flag, but we did a Circle Merk up to three reps, then moved, stopped again for Arnold Fondas, moved, stopped at the shovel flag for 40 Flutter Kicks IC as well as a Circle Dry Docks.
YHC called it at that point.
