Q Sheet was open for the day after a 3-day weekend so had to get it filled. Didn’t have anything planned so asked my good Chapin buddy MoneyPenny if I could borrow his Q from the previous week. Thought it might be fun. It ended up being slightly above difficult.
Mosey to field and bring a pair of bricks with you. Leave bricks on the concrete surrounding the field. We will exercise on the home team side of the field (Clemson side), sprint to the other side of the field, complete exercises on the visitor’s side of the field (Clemson’ opponent)…then sprint back
