Last month I broke out the deck of cards for a Q at The Arena. It was a success, but only 4 PAX got to enjoy it. With a bigger crowd expected, I decided to bring out the cards once again. Eleven PAX gathered, and after a brief disclaimer we were off.

MOSEY to front of school and circle up.
Each PAX gets equal number of playing cards. Suits correspond to exercises and numbers on cards represent rep counts.
Spades: SQUAT variation (PAX choice)
Diamonds: CORE variation (PAX choice)
Hearts: MERKIN variation (Q’s choice)
Spades: BURPEES
PAX take turns playing cards and completing exercises their choosing. Rinse and repeat until all cards have been played or time is up.
